GOLD CUP 2010 in NYBORG IDRÆTS- OG FRITIDSCENTER (Nyborg Stadion) Storebæltsvej 13, Nyborg – 22-23-24-25. July.
The camp will be open from Tuesday the 20th 12.00 sharp to Monday the 26th 12.00 sharp.
This year the Gold Cup also will contain a water-competition – BIATHLON – Thursday the 22nd – first in the water only 1 km away and after that at the showground. Judge for this competition is in water: Lis Døssing, Ole Døssing and Poul Erik Rise, all Denmark, and for exterior: Astrid Indrebø, Norway. It is possible to make an on-line entry or a manual entry. On-line entry via DKK website – www.hundeweb.dk this system automatically closes at the 20th of June 08.00. The exhibitors must always print and save confirmation, which is automatically returned from DKK on-line system, as it will be considered valid documentation for receipt of the entry within the time started, if a technical or administrative mistake should have arisen. However the on-line system is mainly – so far in Danish. Newfoundlandklubben I Danmark recommends that exhibitors, who are not familiar with this system, make manual entries. Procedure will have to start on www.newfclub.dk. Use this entry form to register manually. Closing fate for manually registration is no later than the 5th of June. Please note, that using the manual entry form is more expensive than the electronic entry. See prices at www.newclub.dk
Manual entry form have to be sent to JAN SØDERBERG, Strandlystvej 7, DK-4534 Hørve. Remember one formular pro dog pro day, copy of the pedigree has to be enclosed and if the dog has to be entered in Championclass, certificate for the title. Payment to account: SWIFT-BIC: DABADKKK IBAN DK 543000001060154. Access to the campground is possible from the 20th July at 12.00 and NOT before, The Campground MUST be abandoned no later than the 26th July at 12.00. The price for the entire period, including power supply is 85 € per unit (family tent, camper, motor home) Special price for bigger tents. It is not necessary to sign up for camping. Officials will collect the payment shortly after arrival at the campground. Any direction given by Newfoundlandklubben I Danmark must unconditionally be adopted. Violation hereof may lead to withdrawal prices obtained at the shows and furthermore one may expelled from the campground and the shows.
Diner-Party on Saturday evening at the 24th – Price will be 20 € per covert. Children less than 12 years – half price. If you want to enter the Diner Party, please submit name and numbers of coverts to Birthe Møller Hansen, Nordvejen 8, DK-8355 Solbjerg – e.mail: newfclub@newfclub.dk no later than the 4th of July. No payment by signing up, Payment must be made at the information stand by 12 o’clock the 24th of July. Entry is mandatory.
